Aluminium extrusion double puller (two heads)

Double-track double-head with flying saw Puller has the advantages of taking less area,highly efficient use of space, short length required by the system, increased production and low maintenance cost. Two Pulling heads are located on the same guide rail, and the Pulling speed of the Puller is monitored by the encoder. By setting the Pulling force, it matches the discharge speed of the extruded profile. It can be able to seek die weld mark cuts profiles by sawing during puller running, ability to meet short press dead-cycle times, increasing efficiency, 2~3% less scrap than adopting single puller and the yield is 6% higher than that without the use of Pullers.

The first Puller head has a horizontal sawing device. P1 Pulling head is located at the end of the guide rail near the extruder. In the Pulling head, there is a built-in hydraulic power unit, the power generated for: clamping the profile, raising/lowering the bottom clamp, controlling the bottom clamp in/out, controlling the cutting saw in/out, extending or retracting the support arm used in cutting; P2 Pulling head is basically the same as P 1 Pulling head, which with a built-in hydraulic power unit, but there is no saw and support arm for cutting.Multiple operational modes and functions, such as one billet cut once, one billet cut several times, several billets cut once. Full automatic, reduce manpower, 24 hours continuous production. Then, P1/P2 can be used for single Pulling.
